IDP Suring incorporates Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as one of our most important priorities, considering it as part of its values and its organizational culture, trying to go beyond the sponsorship activities and social action being done.

To achieve this goal, we began to deploy a policy that makes it easy for our employees to reconcile work and family life. IDP Suring provides its staff with maximum flexibility to establish their work scheduling; so many workers adjust their working hours to meet the specific needs of their families and we apply, during summer time, working hours in accordance with the school timetable.

At IDP Suring we see Corporate Social Responsibility as a vector for innovation, to generate more economic value in a compatible way with social value creation.
